1) Where are the products shipped from?

Promise Gluten Free products are shipped from Fairmont City, Illinois.

2) How do you ship?

Promise Gluten Free products are shipped ambient, with both standard and expedited shipping options.

3) Do you charge for shipping?

Yes. Shipping rates based on order weight and whether standard or expedited.

4) Where do you offer shipping?

We currently ship to the continental U.S. only. We're actively working on cost-effective solution to serve Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico soon.

5) How is the product packaged for shipping?

Promise Gluten Free products are kept frozen until the day your order is processed and shipped. Our pick and pack team take great care to ensure your order is complete and packaged so that you can enjoy the products.  They will arrive ambient.

6) Where is my package?

We currently ship orders Monday through Thursday to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday are eligible for FedEx 2-Day shipping. Orders placed after our daily shipping cutoff, on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will ship on the next available business day.

Once your order ships, it should arrive within the transit timeframe selected at checkout. You will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

7) Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order.

8) Are your products made in a nut-free facility?

Yes! Our facility is completely nut-free. We do not use nuts in any of our products, and there is no risk of cross-contamination.

9) Are all your products gluten free?

Yes. Promise Gluten Free products are designed to help you enjoy your life the way you want to, without compromising on taste or quality. We are always innovating to bring you something new, pushing the boundaries on gluten free baking.

10) Are all your products vegan?

The Soft White Loaf, Multigrain Loaf, Chia and Quinoa Loaf, and Rustic Sourdough Loaf are vegan.

11) What is shelf life of the product?

Most Promise Gluten Free products are shelf stable for 21 days after thawing. The products are kept frozen until the day they are shipped. Once received, the product can be refrozen.

12) Are products available in store?

We’re currently available in Wakefern (ShopRite) stores, Albertsons Mid-Atlantic locations, and Key Food stores. Coming soon: Cub Foods (Minnesota), Brookshire’s (Texas), Wegmans (New York), and Kroger banners including Ralphs (California) and Fred Meyer (Northwest). Stay tuned!
