Shipping policy

At Promise Gluten Free, we take great care in shipping our products so they arrive fresh and ready for you.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM EST may begin processing the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping & Handling

All products are shipped ambient. Most Promise Gluten Free products are shelf stable for 21 days after thawing. The products are kept frozen until the day they are shipped. Once received, the product can be refrozen or remain at room temperature.

Shipping Days

To prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend, we ship orders Monday through Thursday. Orders placed later in the week may ship the following Monday.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, delayed, or incorrect, please email info@promiseglutenfree.us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Weather Disclaimer

While we pack orders carefully, we cannot guarantee against carrier delays or extreme weather conditions once the package leaves our facility.
