Refund policy

Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns. Any returned product would need to be discarded and cannot be restocked or resold.

While we can’t accept returns, we care deeply that your order is right and that you feel good about every loaf you bring home.

Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If:

  1. You received the wrong item,
  2. You are missing items from your order, or
  3. Your order arrived damaged,

Please email us at info@promiseglutenfree.us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Shipping address
  4. Clear photos showing the product(s) and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly issue a refund or replacement if the error was on our end.

Non-Returnable Items

All food products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We also do not offer refunds for items that were ordered incorrectly by the customer or for products not stored or handled properly after delivery.

Refunds

If your refund is approved due to a fulfillment error (wrong or missing items), it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
